Returns & Exchanges

At Bend The Trend, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
